The main task of the Basket Destacker machine is to take the basket coming out of the autoclave that is completely full of products (cans, jars, etc.), remove these products from the basket, and place them onto the production line (usually a conveyor belt) in a steady flow.
Basket Destacker machines are also an important part of automation. They complete the unloading of the basket after the autoclave very quickly, thus ensuring the continuous operation of the production line. They minimize scratches, dents, or breakages (especially in glass jars) that might occur during manual unloading. Furthermore, they protect human health during this stage, which involves dealing with high temperatures, steam, and heavy weight.
