Autoclave

The autoclave is generally used for pasteurization and sterilization. It features heating and cooling exchangers, or open steam heating with heat exchanger cooling, or open steam heating with open system cooling. Operation is managed via a touch panel with Industrial PC or PLC control, offering a capacity of 100 recipes. TÜRK LOYDU – CE Certified.

Applications
It is used in the fruit and vegetable, ready meal, meat and meat products, olive, fish, pickle, mushroom, dried tomato, special sauces, fruit juice, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors, suitable for all types of packaging (cans, jars, plastic, and aluminum).

Autoclave Types
According to Water Distribution Method:
It affects the products using two types of water patterns: showering (spraying) and cascading (waterfall). The appropriate autoclave type must be selected by considering certain parameters specific to the product. These parameters include uniform temperature distribution, reduction of cycle time, suitability for packaging, etc.
According to Operation Method:
The oscillating type is preferred, especially for products where heat penetration to the core temperature is difficult, aiming for the product to mix inside the packaging. Due to the movement, it is more suitable for plastic packaging and pouches.
