The Brine Tank is a specialized storage or processing vessel used in the food sector, particularly during the processing and storage stages of products like olives, cheese, and pickles. Its main purpose is both to preserve the products and to ensure the necessary fermentation/maturation process by holding them in a salt water solution called brine.
The 2 tanks we produced from AISI 316 quality steel are resistant to corrosion caused by the acidic nature of the brine. Their internal surfaces are smooth, which facilitates cleaning and prevents the formation of bacteria/microorganisms.
