The main function of the Palletizer is to take the packaged final products (boxes, cartons, sacks, barrels, or shrink-wrapped products) arriving from the production line and stack (arrange) them neatly and layer by layer onto empty pallets according to a pre-programmed pattern.
It can operate continuously at much higher speeds compared to manual palletizing. It eliminates the risk of injury caused by the continuous lifting of heavy boxes/cartons. It does not make errors in arrangement; standard and uniform pallets ensure stability in shipping and storage. In the long term, it reduces labor costs and product damage. Unlike the Basket Stacker machine, the Palletizer generally handles secondary packaged (cartoned) products and forms the final shipping unit.
