The rotary table machine is a circular machine used in the food processing industry, especially at the beginning or end of conveyor lines, which ensures the orderly feeding, collection, accumulation, or direction of products.
At the start of the production line, it ensures the orderly and single-file feeding of empty bottles, jars, or cans onto the conveyor belt. It is used to ensure the smooth transition of finished or semi-finished products exiting from filling, labeling, or packaging machines to the next stage of the line or for temporary accumulation so that the operator can easily pick them up and package them. It functions to rotate and position products correctly in cases where material lines intersect or the product's direction needs to be changed by 90 degrees. It provides a working area to facilitate operator access before labeling, inspection, or any other process is carried out on the products.
