The Filled Box/Package Washing Machine is a machine used in food processing lines (especially in the production of preserves/canned goods, sauces, fruit juices, and pickles) to clean the exterior surfaces of tin cans, glass jars, or bottles that have been filled and sealed with product.
These machines aim to completely remove contaminants formed on the exterior surface during filling, sealing, or heat treatment (pasteurization/sterilization), while protecting the product inside the packaging. Oily liquids, sugary water, sauce residues, or sticky substances that leak onto the outer surface of the packaging during filling and sealing are cleaned with these machines. Sticky liquids and salty residues on tin cans can cause corrosion over time. The washing process reduces this risk. Cleaned and dried surfaces prepare the ideal base for labels to adhere smoothly and firmly.
