Resting tanks constitute a critical stage in food production processes. These tanks are generally used to hold (rest) the product coming from the previous process stage for a certain period, stabilize its temperature, or adjust its consistency before it moves on to the next process stage.
It is produced as insulated and non-insulated. It can be manufactured in the desired size. A side ladder and top platform are available. A temperature indicator and level indicator are available. It is entirely produced from AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
